Every effort has been taken to ensure By Henriette is as sustainable as it can be.

From the fabrics, to the tissue paper used to package your order, every element has been carefully selected with sustainability in mind.

We are plastic free and only use eco-friendly materials to package your order. We highly recommend that you recycle your packaging, when possible. Fabrics used to make the garments are either dead-stock and/or organic.

Fabric Offcuts

To reduce waste - fabric remnants from each corset are used to make adorable lavender sachets, gifted to you with your order.

Lavender is said to help with anxiety, stress, sleep and overall relaxation.

A few ways you can use your lavender sachet:

  • 1. Keep it under your pillow to help you relax before bed.

  • 2. Tuck it in your drawer to give your linens a fresh floral fragrance (lavender can be used as a natural alternative to mothballs to help repel bugs).

  • 3. Use it as a natural air freshener for your car.

  • 4. Toss in the dryer with your laundry to get that fresh, clean scent!
